Sezione della mostra collettiva di fotografia e pittura – Orosei, Monte Granaticu, 21-30/06/2023

SmartOROSEI e’ il nome che ho voluto dare alla mia sezione della mostra collettiva Orosei… MEA, che ha avuto luogo dal 21 al 29 giugno 2023 presso il Monte Granatico di Orosei. Il perche’ di questo titolo e’ molto semplice: come dice la locandina, bastano uno smartphone e un paio di App (anche gratuite) per riempire di colori e di effetti speciali il magnifico mondo di Orosei che mi ha cosi’ affascinato e mi affascina sempre di piu’. Questo vale ancor di piu’ adesso che, dopo sette anni da turista, vivo la vita del paese e della sua ospitale comunita’ in un modo del tutto diverso. Il titolo e’ anche un messaggio ai piu’ giovani: non piu’ solo selfie, (tranne quelli piu’ significativi), bensi’ paesaggi mozzafiato, luci, ombre, chiese e persone, soprattutto coloro che animano la intensa vita socio-culturale del luogo.

SmartOROSEI is the name I wanted to give to my section of the collective exhibition Orosei… MEA, which takes place from 21 to 29 June 2023 at Monte Granatico in Orosei. The reason for this title is very simple: as the poster says, all it takes is a smartphone and a couple of Apps (even free ones) to fill with colours and special effects the magnificent world of Orosei, which has fascinated me so much and fascinates me more and more. This is even more true now that, after seven years as a tourist, I experience life in the village and its hospitable community in a completely different way. The title is also a message to younger people: no more selfies, (except the most meaningful ones), but rather breathtaking landscapes, lights, shadows, churches and people, especially those who animate the intense socio-cultural life of the place.

SmartOROSEI ist der Name, den ich meiner Sektion der Gemeinschaftsausstellung Orosei… MEA geben wollte, die vom 21. bis 29. Juni 2023 auf dem Monte Granatico in Orosei stattgefunden hat. Der Grund für diesen Titel ist ganz einfach: Wie das Plakat sagt, braucht man nur ein Smartphone und ein paar Apps (sogar kostenlose), um die herrliche Welt von Orosei, die mich so sehr fasziniert hat und immer mehr fasziniert, mit Farben und Spezialeffekten zu füllen. Dies gilt umso mehr, als ich nach sieben Jahren als Tourist das Leben im Dorf und seine gastfreundliche Gemeinschaft auf eine ganz andere Weise erlebe. Der Titel ist auch eine Botschaft an jüngere Menschen: keine Selfies mehr (außer den aussagekräftigsten), sondern atemberaubende Landschaften, Lichter, Schatten, Kirchen und Menschen, vor allem solche, die das intensive soziokulturelle Leben des Ortes beleben.
